Investing.com – Mexico stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Ohl Mexico, S.A.B. De C.V. (MX:), which rose 3.25% or 0.810 points to trade at 25.730 at the close. Meanwhile, Grupo Aeroportuario Del CentroNorte (MX:) added 2.06% or 2.310 points to end at 114.300 and Grupo Aeroportuario Del Pacifico (MX:) was up 1.49% or 2.700 points to 184.330 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Cemex SAB de CV (MX:), which fell 3.57% or 0.570 points to trade at 15.390 at the close. Industrias Penoles Sab De CV (MX:) declined 3.54% or 17.050 points to end at 464.000 and Grupo Bimbo, S.A.B. De C.V. (MX:) was down 3.02% or 1.600 points to 51.300.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Mexico Stock Exchange by 91 to 74 and 8 ended unchanged.
Gold for December delivery was down 0.41% or 5.45 to $1320.55 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in November rose 0.31% or 0.15 to hit $47.98 a barrel, while the December Brent oil contract rose 0.32% or 0.16 to trade at $49.97 a barrel.
USD/MXN was down 0.61% to 19.4029, while EUR/MXN fell 0.39% to 21.8147.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.06% at 95.37.
